Western Pennsylvania Conservancy Properties

Much of the land protected by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy (WPC) has been conveyed to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Allegheny National Forest, or other agencies as public land. Examples include large portions of Ohiopyle State Park, Erie Bluffs State Park, Forbes State Forest, McConnells Mill State Park, and some state gamelands. The following properties are either owned by WPC or subject to conservation easements that allow public access. All of these properties are open to the public for low-impact recreation in accordance with WPC's Visitor Guidelines or property-specific guidelines. Please contact us for more information.
