WPC Protects Land Near Wildlife Reserve

New propertyThe Conservancy has permanently protected 54 acres adjacent to a major wildlife area in Erie County; the land will be added to a State Game Land. WPC transferred the property, which is in Springfield Township, to the Pennsylvania Game Commission.

PDP logoThe Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership has honored the Conservancy with the Golden Triangle Award for outstanding partner of the year. The organization recognized WPC for its work to enhance the city’s downtown and create greenspaces there.
