Pittsburgh Public Schools Students Get Closer to Nature
Pittsburgh Public Schools students will have more opportunities to play and learn in green, outdoor spaces thanks to a $1.5 million grant from the Grable Foundation and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy’s School Grounds Greening Initiative.
It's Volunteer Season!
Last year, volunteers helped WPC thrive. In fact, there were 8,300 volunteers for our Community Gardens and Greenspace program alone! Planting dates are being finalized for TreeVitalize, and Fallingwater is accepting applications. Learn about 2009 volunteer opportunities on our website.
