Learn How to Identify Hemlock Woolly Adelgid

hemlock woolly adelgidVolunteers can learn how to identify hemlock woolly adelgid infestations and monitor hemlocks at a training event at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25 at the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford. This nonnative invasive species threatens the eastern hemlock. For more information, contact Sarah Johnson at sejohnson@tnc.org or Andrea Hille at ahille@fs.fed.us.

Volunteers Needed for Stewardship Workday

Bear RunThe Conservancy’s stewardship staff is looking for volunteers for its first workday of the season.
