Fallingwater Offers Free Admission to Fayette County Residents Nov. 18 and 20

Mill Run, Pa. – November 8, 2011 – Residents of Fayette County will receive free admission to tour Fallingwater during its annual Fayette County Appreciation Days November 18 and 20.
Fayette County Days brings hundreds of local friends and neighbors to the Frank Lloyd Wright masterwork each year. In addition to touring the house, visitors are invited to explore the 5,100-acre Bear Run Nature Reserve and learn about volunteer opportunities.

Fayette County residents played an important role in Fallingwater’s history and remain actively involved in its ongoing preservation and stewardship. Residents of Fayette County helped to build Fallingwater, and today, numerous area residents are employed as staff or volunteer their time at Fallingwater.
Fayette County Days visitors interested in volunteering at Fallingwater may stop by an information table in the Visitors’ Center gallery. There, representatives will offer information about the range of volunteer opportunities available, as well as application forms.
