Western Pennsylvania Conservancy

In Appreciation of Our Generous Supporters

Flowers

In 2011, the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy received generous support from 11,313 private donors. These gifts enabled the Conservancy to protect Western Pennsylvania’s important forests, valleys, ridges, farmlands, rivers and streams, and to foster people’s connection with nature through Fallingwater and community greening.

Private donors (individuals, families, corporations, foundations and organizations) together made cash gifts totaling $7,230,004 in 2011.

While outright gifts have an immediate impact on our work, our long-term viability is strengthened by the foresight of generous donors who have provided for the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy through their estates. Members of our Heritage Circle gift planning society ensure that we have the capital now — and in the future — to conserve our beautiful region.
