The property forms an important connection between state forest, state game lands and Allegheny National Forest. Please note that this property is managed for timber production. Visitors should be aware that portions of the property may be closed during active logging operations.

The Elk County portion of the property can be accessed from various locations off Rt. 219, Rt. 255, Rt. 948, and connecting roads between Ridgway and Wilcox. The McKean County portion can be accessed from Guffey Road, outside Mount Jewett. Refer to our interactive map for details. Parking is available along public roads at pull-offs near gates. Do not block gates.
